The goods

Kraner Deskware B.V. retails non-electronic and low-voltage desk accessories, workspace storage units, ergonomic document holders, cable management tools, and desk mats designed for office and home work environments. Each catalog entry specifies included items, counts, and material specifications. Photographs serve as realistic visual references; outer packaging boxes may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order completes once checkout steps are finalized. You receive an email acknowledgment; the sale becomes legally binding once parcel dispatch occurs. We reserve the right to decline purchases due to inventory depletion or verification failures, reimbursing paid sums immediately.

Prices and payment

Listed prices appear in EUR and incorporate statutory VAT where applicable. Transport rates are calculated before order submission. Approved options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a clerical pricing mistake occur, we reserve the right to rectify it prior to shipping, giving you the choice to proceed or abort the order.

Shipping methods, transit schedules, and fees appear on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk of loss transfers to you upon physical handover of the parcel.

Product images and colours

Photographs display actual workshop stock. Screen calibration, display hardware, and room lighting affect colour rendering; minor shade variations are natural and do not constitute a defect or grounds for cost-free return or compensation. Physical dimensions, metal and timber specs, and package contents are detailed on every product page.

Transfer of risk

We bear responsibility for the order until the carrier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at your stated address. Responsibility for loss or damage transfers at that point. Note visible transit damage directly with the driver and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return unused hardware within 45 days of receipt under the terms on our Returns page. All products are covered by the statutory non-conformity warranty under Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), entitling consumers to repair, replacement, or refund if an item proves defective under normal office usage within 2 years.

• Surface care oils, leather conditioners, or cleaning fluids unsealed after delivery
• Desk accessories permanently assembled, mounted, or modified after receipt
• Bundled accessory sets where individual parts have been inseparably mixed or altered

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch law, total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the purchase price paid for that order or €100, whichever is lower, excluding damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing within these conditions excludes or restricts liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

You must reach 18 years of age to purchase from this store. Use items strictly according to provided instructions; they do not replace professional medical guidance.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of the Netherlands govern these terms and conditions, and disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands. If direct communication cannot resolve a disagreement, jurisdiction belongs to the court having competence over our registered seat, without limiting your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your residence.
