We mill our structural parts from solid 6063 aluminium billet and pair them with certified European oak boards. Every piece is cut with CNC precision, hand deburred, and fitted with high-density merino wool felt lining. Before any order is packed for dispatch, each component is checked on a granite surface plate in our Rotterdam workshop to verify that it rests dead flat with zero wobble.
